store manager
As a store manager at Ekademe, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store in order to make everything run smoothly and effectively. In this role, you will be a key example to the team and present yourself as an ambassador of Ekademe, as well as provide the best possible service to our clients.
Main tasks
Manage day-to-day operations.
Meeting objectives by training staff and monitoring performances.
Ensuring a unique experience in the customer journey.
Create business strategies to attract new clients and enhance traffic.
Managing seasonal sales, collaboration drops and VM.
Report on buying trends and customer needs.
Lead by example.
Resolve internal staff conflicts and foster a harmonious working environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for product procurement.
Become the in-store contact for VM, events and other marketing related issues.
Work on, and report, monthly KPI’s to upper management
Skills required
Minimum 2 years of management experience.
Knowledge and interest in the luxury market
Strong organizational skills
Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
CRM management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and critical thinking to resolve challenges.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and data analysis tools.
Ensuring accuracy in transactions, inventory, and displays.
