sales associate

As a Sales Associate at Ekademe you will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as an “Ekademe ambassador‘’ by maintaining the experience and level of knowledge of the brands we work with. 


 

Main tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences.

  • Engage with customers and be an əˈkadəmē ambassador.

  • Day-to-day tasks such as stock management, online order processing, and more.

  • Organise and respect the visual merchandising guidelines.

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our brands and products.

 

Skills required

  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience.

  • Knowledge and interest in the luxury market

  • Affiliation with the brands we work with.

  • Know-how of a POS system and CRM

  • Creating an excellent experience for customers

  • Maximising sales and turning it into repetitive business.
