Webshop Manager
As Webshop Manager at Ekademe, you will take full ownership of our luxury fashion webshop, ensuring a seamless, elegant, and efficient online shopping experience that reflects our brand values. You’ll manage the entire e-commerce flow from product upload to customer delivery and return. While continuously optimising processes and user experience.
Main tasks
Product & Inventory Management
- Upload, categorize, and manage products in Shopify via our POS.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing across platforms.
- Monitor bestsellers and stock flow to inform reordering or markdowns.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience
- Oversee daily order processing via Sendcloud and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage return process and customer support flow through Zendesk.
- Ensure consistent, luxury-level customer experience from website to doorstep.
Content & Merchandising
- Update homepage, product banners, and collections to align with campaigns or seasonal shifts.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager on promotions, sales events, and product highlights.
- Maintain visual coherence and merchandising standards in line with brand identity.
Communication & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing manager on digital strategy, sales planning, and email campaigns (via Mailchimp).
- Communicate with designers and developers to propose and execute UX/UI improvements over time.
- Ensure team alignment using Slack and Asana for task tracking and progress.
Skills required
- Proven experience managing or coordinating a Shopify webshop, ideally in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics.
- Experience with Zendesk, Mailchimp, and order fulfillment tools (like Sendcloud).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable with online tools and multitasking across platforms.
- Creative eye for visual merchandising, user flow, and homepage storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Being self sufficient and structured.
- Have a good sense of humour.
Skills preferred:
- Previous experience in luxury fashion or design-driven brands.
- Basic knowledge of design or layout tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Experience working directly with web developers or UX designers.
